  • Can I exchange my online purchase?
    Yes, for online orders only we do offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds, if you choose to exchange your dress of lesser value the difference is not refunded. If you choose a dress of higher value, the difference will need to be paid excluding postage fees. Additional postage fee of $40 will need to be paid to send the new dress to you. Exchanges are only permitted within 10 working days from the date of purchase. Dress needs to be returned within 10 days as well. Dress needs to be received in its original condition.
  • Do you sell wedding dresses On Behalf?
    We did sell dresses on behalf, however we are currently in the process of closing this part of the business down and are currently NOT accepting dresses to sell on behalf.
  • Do you have payment options?
    Yes we do!! If you purchase a dress directly off the rack we ask for a 25% deposit with balance payable over 8 weeks. We also offer Afterpay, Laybuy and soon Zip as well. If you order a designer gown - We ask for a 75% deposit with balance payable within 2 weeks of your dress arriving? We can go outside these conditions - speak to your consultant about your situation, and she can see if we can work a plan with you.
  • Do we have to make an appointment?
    Yes - we are by appointment only. Wedding dress trying on, can be a very private an emotional time. We want our brides comfortable, and not having to hide themselves with any un wanted eyes watching them.
  • What is the shop address?
    Our New Plymouth address from the 8th August 2023 is 494 St Aubyn Street, Moturoa, New Plymouth
  • Do you clean Wedding Dresses?
    Yes!! We clean wedding dresses - the cost is $200 and takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
  • Do you sell Ball or Bridesmaid dresses?
    No - we only sell Wedding Dresses and Accessories.
  • Do we buy dresses?
    No we do not purchase dresses.
